Quality designed in
From design to dispatch everything we do revolves around delivering exacting quality with industry-leading flexibility and reliability.
Design and Manufacture
With our specialised design team and facilities, we can take any idea from the initial concept, right through to a finished product. We provide a detailed design service, which includes discussing potential new designs with our clients, creating initial 3D CAD concepts.
Once we get a better idea of what is required, we will then create detailed designs and can produce prototypes for approval. We also can create POS artwork, along with packaging design, and end-user assembly instructions (for flat packed products).
Our fully computerised manufacturing process gives us unrivalled control over our production output. We can go straight from 3D software to finished piece in a single step, making it simple to design and manufacture high precision bespoke items quickly and at extremely competitive prices.
We have invested heavily in the latest manufacturing equipment allowing us to produce products to a truly superb standard. We currently manufacture a range of flat-pack furniture, both own brand and contracted work. We produce these products in a variety of modern colours and wood grains and also provide all the necessary fittings and fixtures required to assemble each unit.
Our range covers every possible price point and we have cabinet solutions ranging from budget to high-end luxury. We offer a huge selection of worktops, from stylish, hard-wearing laminates to luxurious Corian® and granite.
With an almost limitless combination of styles, colours and finishes available, our highly skilled designers and craftspeople can help you to exceed your expectations on every kitchen project.
Product Design Process
A new product integration (NPI) procedure is followed during the design process to make sure all projects run smoothly.
Materials & Colours
Although MFC is our core product, we are always searching for new materials that can be used alongside this, to create exciting new products.
We use glass for panelling and doors. We use a number of plastic profiles and metal fabrications to liven up our products, plus headers/banners can be bought for advertising on display stands.
Assembly
We have an area beside production which is dedicated to the assembly of products. We have skilled staff who can build these units with speed and the required precision. After assembly, the products are packaged and can be delivered from the factory on pallets. We currently produce a number of fully assembled items, including kitchen carcasses, display stands and aquarium cabinets.
Packing
With more and more companies selling online, there is a growing business for flat-packed furniture. Due to the smaller box size, flat packed products travel easier and have lower transportation costs. In today’s economic climate, it is important that products can be sold at a competitive price – as flat pack products require no assembly costs, this is a very effective solution.
As a result, our packing line is essentially set up for the boxing of flat-packed goods. We have a roller system that allows the product to move smoothly along the line, past a banding machine, which straps the panels tightly together, and then a tape machine to seal the box. We also have a barcode generating system that allows us to attach the necessary labels.
